Adelaide’s Bakery is a full service bakery located in Glendora, NJ, (Gloucester Twp.) approximately 10 miles from Philadelphia. We specialize in customized wedding and special and wedding occasion cakes. We also offer a variety of pastries, cookies, and pies, hand-baked on location from the freshest ingredients. We strive to provide high customer satisfaction, as each of our specialty cakes is custom-made to our clients’ specifications.

Adelaide’s is a family-owned and operated business. Our grandmother, Adelaide, was the inspiration for our business name. Her baking knowledge and expertise has motivated us to continue a family tradition in the kitchen. If you happen to stop in on Sundays you might just see Grandma Adelaide helping us out.

Our Pastry Chef and Sugar Artist, Stefanie, graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Florida with a degree in Pastry Arts. She has worked with some of the most prestigious names in the restaurant business including the Ritz-Carlton of Miami and the Seminole Hard Rock Café and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
